Ten ways to deal with receivables: how to get your hard- earned money back and fight for liquidity

Abstract: The editorial staff of the “Geolnfo” journal have collected information on the ways to prevent receivables and on the activities if such a situation has arisen. This paper uses materials from the online forum “Receivables. The fight for liquidity” (organized by the “Financial Director” journal), as well as the results of a poll (conducted by the editorial staff of the “Geolnfo” journal) of company managers and lawyers specializing in disputes that arise in the construction sphere.
